Handball

Handball is a team sport played by two teams of seven players each, typically on an indoor court. The objective is to score goals by throwing a ball into the opposing team’s net. Players can use any part of their body above the knee to control the ball, but they must dribble or pass to move it. Matches are played in two halves, and the team with the most goals at the end wins. Handball emphasizes teamwork, strategy, and agility, featuring fast-paced action and quick transitions between offense and defense. It is governed by the International Handball Federation (IHF) and is also popular in various international competitions, including the Olympics and World Championships.
